    JUSTSELL is a used mobile buying company that provides a platform for individuals to sell their used mobile devices. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JUSTSELL website and services.

  2. Definitions
    • "Seller" refers to the individual selling their used mobile device through JUSTSELL.
    • "Buyer" refers to JUSTSELL, which purchases used mobile devices from Sellers.
    • "Device" refers to the used mobile device being sold by the Seller.
    • "Services" refers to the platform and services provided by JUSTSELL for buying and selling used mobile devices.
  3. Use of Services
    • By using the JUSTSELL website and services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood them.
    • You must be at least 18 years old to use the JUSTSELL services.
    • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or listing a Device for sale.
  4. Listing and Selling Devices
    • Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their Devices are in good working condition and match the description provided in the listing.
    • Sellers must provide accurate and complete information about the Device, including its condition, specifications, and any defects.
    • JUSTSELL reserves the right to reject any listing that does not comply with these Terms or is otherwise deemed unsuitable.
  5. Pricing and Payment
    • The price of the Device will be determined by JUSTSELL based on its condition, specifications, and market value.
    • Payment for the Device will be made by JUSTSELL to the Seller within 1 hour of receipt of the Device.
    • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or listing a Device for sale.
  6. Return and Refund Policy
    • If the Device is not in good working condition or does not match the description provided in the listing, JUSTSELL reserves the right to return the Device to the Seller and refund the purchase price.
    • You must be at least 18 years old to use the JUSTSELL services.
    • If the Seller is not satisfied with the price offered by JUSTSELL, they may decline the offer and the Device will be returned to them with in 3 days of sell.
  7. Governing Law
    • These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Karnataka/India].
  8. Changes to Terms
    • JUSTSELL reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
    • Your continued use of the JUSTSELL platform and services will be deemed acceptance of any changes to these Terms.
